I like the way you think. There is also paper on the bottle label. Perfect.

Aside from that awesome idea I have a few others you can get creative with.

Tickets to a sports game or concert (ticket is paper)
Gift Certificate (paper again. Karen got me a GC to a tattoo place for Christmas)
Photo album with pictures of the two of you (I know I would like that a lot)

There are so many ways to take off on the paper theme.

He's a guy that is hard to buy for!!! He's not really into any sports (football, hockey, etc...), he likes tech-ie stuff, gadgets, computers, xbox, etc; he likes to build things - so I could get him a tool of some sort - but how romantic is a tool?? LOL

Hmmmm....still thinking - I better hurry though - I've only got 2 weeks!!!!

I got Martin a top of the line drill last year for V-Day. You should have seen the expression on the face of the sales guy at Sears when I told him what it was for rofl.gif

Needless to say Martin loved it and uses it all the time.

well if he is a techy guy then gadgets are alwayyyys a big plus. i know i cant get enough out of it.. how about an ipod touch that has internet access and all sorts of cool things or if he already has a cool ipod get him one of those head set goggles for watching movies and videos in private. or maybe a cool video screen for the car or something like that.... those are all fairly afforadble these days.

I know a photo album was already mentioned, but if your into scrapbooking you could also do that. I made Steve one 2 years ago and he loved it.

Jean-Marcus already said it but I have an Ipod touch and it's Awesome! The internet part is great. Steve gave it to me for my B-Day last year and had the back laser engraved (at apple.com) It said, "Happy Birthday, Love Steve". Plus, you can pre-load pictures of the two of you into the photo album!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
