wow- you girls are so organized!! I haven't even thought about it-- did resort people help with this!?!?!

Here's what I would have so far....

- determined to not get out of bed before 9AM- even if awake

- coffee, coffee, coffee- with maybe a mimosa (or 2!) in between the coffees

- have room service/breakfast delivered to room

- have "wine bath"spa treatment at Spa- 50 minutes- scheduled for 10:00AM

**at this point, hoping to avoid most everyone--I'm weird, but want this morning to just be me by myself to get my head straight... the FI is spending the night before in his best friends' room (though we've lived together for 5 years- hehe).

- shower and meet everyone at hair salon/spa at 12:30PM for hair appt(s).

- photog arrives at 2:30PM

- guests are seated from 3:30-3:45

- ceremony is from 4-4:30PM

- private white glove cocktail party at Giovatas(sp?) from 4:30-6PM-take more pix!

- dinner at Fuentes from 6-8PM

- private chocolate fondue party/cake cutting/reception at covered pool from 8-11PM

- photog left at 9PM.

- me and FI go back to room (for "free" decorated jacuzzi and champagne)- friends will probably get in trouble at resort bar until 2AM.....

I definitely have some work to do-- but it got me thinking!! good post! :)

You should be able to view my VERY detailed wedding day timeline .. more geared towards the actual wedding party than myself, still working those details out :)

What's the wine bath spa treatment and you're not weird at all for wanting to spend some quality alone time! :-)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
