I would like to know who will put themselves out there for the world to see our weight losses and weight gains. How we are making progress towards our goals.

 

I will be weighing myself tomorrow morning when I get to work. Relogging on to the 50million pound challenge and recommitting myself to a weight of 140. I will then log on to the site and posting my 2000lbs for you all to see.

 

WHO WILL BE A BRAVE BRIDE AND PUT IT OUT THERE F0R THE PAIN THE AGAINY AND THE DEFEND OF THE BULDGE?

I support you in your quest for honesty, Catherine, but I will stick to the "I lost 3 lbs!" this week posts! The real number just makes me feel bad.

Im the opposite. That means nothing because I go up and down toooomuch it helps me focus

Have you tried SparkPeople.com? I just found it and am OBSESSED! It is the greatest thing ever. There is a daily food calculator to tell you what you ate for the day, and exercise calculator so you know how many calories burned, and a great Brides to Be forum. I am on there with my fat ticker! So far I've lost 3 pounds! Only 37 more to go!

Hi, Yes I've been on the site too! It is really good if you can stay motivated by the website alone. It does have loads of tips and excerises to do but I'm rubish at self motivation. I've just reacently paid to have a personal trainer, injured my knee and now have to go to the hospital for a consultation ! BangHead.gif Well it is feeling a little better now so I'm thinking of starting some light excersize this weekend, wish me luck ! LOL

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
