Does the 3 hours slot include dinner?

 

We have our reception scheduled from 6-10 and she hasn't said anything about paying more and she better not!!

 

When I get back I'll let you girls know and if she doesn't charge us for it, but tries to charge you, you can say that you know of other girls that had 4 hours and weren't charged, but wait until after my wedding, lol!

 

BTW, claudia still has not gotten back to me about my wire transfer. I called today to make sure it wasn't returned and it wasn't, I emailed her 3 times regarding it, she finally responded to the last one saying she was still waiting on the accounting department, oh and this was a week ago now.

 

Needless to say, I'm very annoyed with claudia right now and that will be reflected in her tip, if I give her anything at this point. When I first told her I sent the wire transfer, she said I haven't received it yet, please send again, WHAT??!!! Does she have any idea how a wire transfer works!!!? Once they take my money I can't just send it again, my money is gone!

 

I'm really really am at my wits end with her, its just ridiculous that I haven't gotten an answer from her yet and I leave next week.

Jill... I am so sorry about the frustrations... here my new one:
I sent a wire last week to the new account she gave me. It's with my bank so no problem.

Today... they money is back in my freakin' account! It went out fine through my bank... once it got to the bank in Mexico they could not route it eventhough all of her info was on there and they deposited it back in my account! Arghhhhhhhhhhhh! I need a swift number from their end.

I had scanned the info and emailed it to Claudia the day I sent it, told her to email me once she read my email. Emailed her again yesterday... and now today... I left her a voicemail AND an email asking for a swift info and detailing all the issues I have had. This is a different account from the FL one too. Not my fault.

You shoulda had Susan kick her butt into shape while she was down there!

All kidding aside I really hope everything works out. Maybe once she gets past Susan's large wedding she will give you the attention you totally deserve. It's not right to be this frustrated so close to your big day and she better not up the price on you for the 4 hour dinner! I'm pretty sure the 3 hour slot is supposed to include dinner.

Its soooo ridiculous!!! And I have no more money to give her, so she better find it or the resorts out the money, I followed HER instructions!!

I'm beyond irritated with her, I was planning to give her a tip and I had a little gift for her, now she'll probably just get the gift and no tip because I really think its unacceptable not to respond to me about something as important as 1400 dollars!! And I only have a few more days to try to get it straightened out!

At least if it was in my bank account I could just tell her I'd bring it with me and pay her when I get there, but I don't even have it now... have I said how annoyed I am with her!

We're using citlalli, but not doing a TTD, I think someone else asked if they do them and the answer was yes, but I can't remember who

Wow, I feel your frustration girl. Really, like for god sake your wedding is like days away. I agree, what's up with Claudia? Language barriers suck!. Anyway try to take it easy, everything will fall into place soon. BTW, Where are u guys having your HM? We're thinking of relocating to EDR for ours. Do you know if Citlalli would still offer her services over there too?

I really have been so good this entire time about everything and not getting too stressed when I didn't get responses very quick, but I think now because there is money involved and I'm only days away the stress has set insmile105.gif

we are going to EDR for our honeymoon, all of our guests go home on sunday and thats when we are leaving to go to EDR, I can't wait, we got one of the swim up casitas, we're so excited just to relax and enjoy.

I'm sure citlalli could come there, you mean to do a TTD? I heard its about an hour from dreams, but she may be located somewhere in between anyway and may be closer than that.

I had been e-mailing Claudia and her assistant several times a week for the last three with no response. Seth called the long distance number today and was able to talk straight to Claudia and get some answers for me. This helped A LOT! I was really getting frustrated!! So it might be worth the call?? Good luck!! Did anyone else see, it looks like it's been raining in Cancun.

I am also using the Kiko & Carlos band, and they have said to do the deposit for them through the Dreams Resort, is this what you did?? I plan on using them for the three hours for our reception.

Thanks Katherine, I may have to call her.

I was looking at weather channel too and it has been saying rain for the last few weeks everyday, but Leigh said that its been beautiful, so who knows, hopefully weather channel is wrong!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners.
