I'm a Maggie bride too! I'll be wearing Bliss and it should be in any day now. I can't wait! It cost just over $900 with tax and the bridal salon includes the alterations as well!

I'm right there with you, girl. I got the Angelina and it's a beast of a dress, too. My MOH got married in 104 degree weather here in texas in a big maggie dress and she said she didnt even notice.

missy - My dress is Ambrosia which is also a full dress. But i want to look and feel like a princess and Ambrosia does it for me. Mexico or not that is the dress i am having. I will just have to sweat it out.. ha ha

It amazes me how many dresses this designer has come out with that are just beyond gorgeous! It is so nice to know that we aren't all going for the cookie cutter destination bride dresses! When I went in and said that we were having a destination wedding...they automatically wanted to take me to "that" section of the shop; I was like "heck no" I want that - as you said it Michelle - princess look and feel! To each their own, but I want that little girl "dream dress!"

- Michelle - Absolutely gorgeous dress! Definitely princess worthy!

- Lisa - Beautiful! And I LOVE the back of your dress! That will look amazing! We brides with these big dresses will reinvent what it means to be tough!! lol!

- Rosie - I ordered mine in January, and it came in in June...so it seems to me they are pretty true to the timeline...I am sure it will definitely be worth the wait!

Thanks lol. As soon as I saw the back I was like "MINE!" lol Heck yes with the reinventing!! What's the saying "It's not how you feel, darling, it's how you LOOK- and you look MARVELOUS!" (hehe)

Ah I chose Jenna too!! I get married in Mexico - I'm sure we'll cope!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
