I remember when I first joined this forum everyone telling me how it was really unusual that my hotel wouldnt 100% confirm my date on the day I requested it. Now I'm chilled about it - until August that is when they say no you can't have it - lol!

I know the feeling, im so so frustrated... They said 2 weeks, then it took em 5 weeks to get paperwork to us, then said another 2 weeks, and that was 3 weeks ago... i know i ust have to sit tight, but ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! xox

Michelle2011 - I have a quick question! I know your bridesmaids are also wearing the fever london dresses...what jewellery are they wearing? I'm stumped. I was going to give them earrings and a bracelet because I think the neckline is already "busy"...but what are your thoughts? :)

Yes, I just finished my engagement pics with Cecilia Dumas, will see the pics soon! She is very nice, pro and sweet! Also booked Sasha Gluck for my wedding pics. I also did the menu samplings..will upload the pics and comment soon!

Ok ladies...

about excursions, I did snorkeling..dive...chichen Itza..Tulum...and this time I went for swimimg with Whale Sharks. Unless u are used to pregnant nausea, or wanna lose 10 lbs by puking urself inside out...don't go! but the creatures are majestic and amazing! I guess it is a once in a lifetime experience..as u won't go for a 2nd time! LOL

Girl who are you telling?? I had quite the little mishap with my WC. Due to nothing more than the sheer luck of being on another thread with a fellow DRC bride we quickly realized that we shared not only the same date but the same time! Our time slot had been double booked. Basically it came down to who had booked first, which luckily was me what a fright!! Anyway after a sweet chat with my fellow bride and a strongly worded email and phone call to DRC - things seem to be back on easy street - or lat least here's to hoping LoL

Im getting frustrated..I know i should be patient but I've sent so many emails to the WC at Grand sunset princess--the resort we finallly decided on out of 5 we loved...and finally she got back and said she had emailed me back 3 times already? I don't miss an email lol..especially one that I have been waiting for! Anyway I'm sure shes sweet like everyone says..but her 1 response I got was...I emailed you back 3 times, let me know if you need me to forward. I quickly responded...please forward asap so we can book our date, sorry for all the emails but I didn't get any of yours ..checked spam. So since then...5 days ago...still waiting for the emails to be forwarded..

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
