oh boy decisions decisions! i must be such a diva because i want to wear a rhinestone tiara, a flower and a veil...too muchhuh.gif i really dont know which one i would get rid of ;( i love the flower idea bc its a destination wedding, i love the veil because it makes me look more like a bride and i love the rhinestone tiara because my dress is pretty plain except for one row of rhinestones under my chest...help! also..im probably going to do my own makeup because i dont wear too much to begin with and im afraid the person would make me look too fake/ foundationy...any suggestions for some good waterproof/stay all day makeup? thanks..nicole

I love Makeup Forever!!!! I use their waterproof eye liner everyday and it's the best I've ever used!!!! It stays on all day. Their makeup is the best!

Ahhh I want it all too!

I want to do a flower as well as my vail I've already purchased. I'm just afraid that it'll be too much! My vail is long, down to my knees, and I'm not sure if the flower goes well with the style of my vail|dress.

This is exactly of what I'm afriad of. I normally don't wear a lot of makeup...normal for me is some powder to absorb shine and even out my skintone a little mascara, and lip gloss. If we are going out then I add eyeliner and maybe a little shadow, but not tons. So on wedding day, I want to look polished, and I also want makeup that won't leave me looking washed out in our pics, but I also still want to look like me.

Hey girls, if you're wanting to have your make up done for the wedding I would suggest just printing out pictures for inspiration, or making a powerpoint slide with a bunch of pics as an inspiration board. I did that & it really helped give my hair stylist/make-up artist a clear idea of what I wanted.

projectwedding.com has a ton of great ideas for both hair & make-up (& dresses, flowers, etc., etc)

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
