Ok, so I just got a message from David's Bridal today that my dress is in...VERY FAST. In regard to the OOT bags, I got mine from OT and they were .83 each...they are perfect and will travel well!!

LOVE the bags Wendy! I never even thought of VP for bags too. I'm gonna look now. Did you get them printed from VP too? Not sure if its just the pic but they look rather large. What are you filling them with?

I really like the cups too! They are super cute for a nice cold bevy. I think I am going to stick with the travel mugs ONLY because I want my guests to get use out of them. The cups are great for Mexico but the travel mugs seem more appropriate for our freezing weather here in Canada when they get back! Although they may not even make it home but I"m really hoping they do!

That's awesome that your dress is in! Now the hard part will be NOT trying it on everyday! haha I totally would if mine was at home. Actually I do try on my first dress all the time and it's not even my wedding dress anymore!

Those totes are cute too and I'm loving the price. Problem is ordering to Canada from all these companies. Costs an arm and a leg for "customs fees" I'm trying to limit my purchases to one or two different companies. ALthough, I do want to order raffia fans from OTC so maybe this might work. I think I need to start writing all these ideas down...

Wendy- YES I would love a secret code from discountmugs. I definatly know I will be ordering from them! Do you think I should wait to order? Is it like a % off promocode or something?

Wendy- I made a mistake. You ordered your totes from discountmugs NOT vistaprint. Oops. Did you have them printed on from discountmugs too? That's what I meant to say the first time

Aly, discount mugs did the printing as well, they have a design lab where you can design or if you have a monogram/logo you can send to them and they will use as the design. I opted to use the design lab, really easy to do.

 

I'd say wait for a promo code, I'll post here when I get one. They are often posted on the registry/gifts/oot forum as well.

Tanya, congrats on getting the dress quickly, I actuallly called them when I received the email saying the dress was in. I only try mine on once a month to see how it fits and dance around for a bit.

Thanks Ladies, But I knew it was too good to be true!! I went to pick it up and it looked like CRAP!!! There were pulls in it and the beading was coming off...but they handled it really well, first they tried to convince me to have the seamstress fix it but I wasn't buying it!! The manager came and looked at it and she reordered it. PS. I marked it in a hidden spot, just in case they try to fix it and give it back to me!!! I will keep you posted!

Sorry about that Tanya, luckily Davids is usually fairly quick. I hope you get the new dress soon.

Here's my wedding news of the day:
FI's wedding band came in today and its great, its a hammered tungsten band. He loves it.

and I found tumblers with lids/straws (and aloe) at Dollar Tree today. I'm going to play around and see if I can get some waterproof stickers or rub off's to personalize it.

Thank you!! I am sure they will, they were pretty good about it...I am thinking now, i should have bargained with them...for a 50% Refund, i would have gotten it fixed on my own!
