Yep, yep he is very quick to reply and super nice. The only thing I know about his work is what is on his website.

i know i posted a while ago about finding a resort map for the gran porto. i haven't been able to find one. my michigan WC ignored my request and my onsite WC hasn't gotten contacted me, despite the fact that i've sent her two e-mails. does anyone have a map you can share? thanks!

Hi dianep the attached is the map I found a couple years back when going on vacation to PDC and debating btwn staying at the Royal or the GPR. Kept it on file with these notes. Found on website: thatec.com -> mexico -> gran porto real -> new for 2007

( (Red) Rooms R2L 337, 335, 333, 331, 329, 327, 325, 323, Stairs, 321, 319, 317, 7-steps up, 315, Patio.

Room 378 is a good sunset room but overlooks the street (Calle 16) below, has lounge chairs on deck.

Room 356 faces Cozumel

Sunrise best in 353, 354, 355 which are on the north end. Stairs across from 353 & 354.

Rooms (Pink) starting at Lobby trailing towards ocean are 309 and up (May be considered "OV")

Pictures taken from common areas or room 345. Common area patios overlook pool area.

Ground floor ocean front walkout have only 3-5 rooms on the north end walk out on sand. There is a restroom on this north end of the hotel and it is very busy with guests from the other Real resorts.

Ok ladies, I am sooooooo PISSED! i began asking my WC about a cocktail reception and guess what? She tells me that there is another wedding booked for the gazebo at the same time as ours. The only thing that she can do is move or wedding up by one hour or move the location. What kind of sht is this? I told her they need to move the other wedding back an hour and her response was they booked 10 days before us. Our wedding has been booked since January and this is May! We have already spent so much on printing. I am absolutely furious. I am going to contact corporate. This is sooo unprofessional! How do you not remove a date/time for the calendar? I am absolutely FURIOUS! This is NOT ACCEPTABLE!
