May sound silly but when i envision myself on my wedding day that what i see my hair being like?

Thinking of blue's & greens for the colour scheme to tie with the ocean and FI is opting for a blue with green tartan for his kilt, so white flowers would be fine I guess?

OT - but when im still a noob i cant post pics right? (not that i have remotely figured out how to yet! must figure that one out I love to share photo's and idea's!!)
Yeah you can still post pictures - i think you just cant download attachments / templates at the moment.

My colour scheme is turquoise and gold ie; the sea and the sand - original i know. We have give the guests this colour scheme as well for the clothes as there are only 18 of us going. And lucky for us turquoise seems to be the in colour this summer.

Went shopping today in town there are so many gorgeous summer clothes - shame i dont get paid until next week! And the sun is only bloody shining in England today - whoop whoop!

I know how you feel i wrote down a 'to get / to do' list on sunday and OMG there is still sooooooo much i have to get / to. When i set our day and booked our holiday in Nov'09 i said i would buy things every month so i didnt have to end up buying everything later on and what have i bought about 2 things! lol.

I've done all of our invitations and RSVP cards for our AHR as we are having a large party when we get back. It cost me about £100 in total - when i was looking to get them all printed it was working out about £300 - £400! FI thinks they look good as do my BMs who i have shown them to. I'll get my camera up and running and post a picture over the weekend

For the actual wedding day invitations i will only need 12 but i will make sure these are that bit 'extra' special.

Hows everyones plans getting on. As we have a public holiday here in the UK on Monday and the weather looks a bit rubbish over the next few days think i am going to have a go at a few DIY projects and see if i am any good at it before i set myself the task of doing lots of projects!! Have any of you done anything 'homemade' yet?

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
