Erik
I think that's the same direction I'm heading tonight too. Darn it! Great intentions ... horrible follow through. Ugh.

I gotta say,...for me at least, joining a gym was KEY to kick-starting my exercise routine!!! :) On Friday, I biked for 35 mins, Sat I ran 4.5 miles on the elliptical and did arms weight-training for 30 mins, & Sun Reggie and I went for a bike ride at a park on a 10K biking course near us. What a great exercise-filled weekend! rolleyes.gif Only thing I didn't do was yoga - ran out of time!

How'd everyone else do over the weekend?

I joined a small gym near my work, I love it! For those of you who saw Dodgeball, it's definitely an Average Joe's! wink.gif (definitely didn't want to join a Globogym!)

I did pretty good this weekend. muscle.gif I did my Sat am spin class for 60 min then went to the elliptical for 15 since I felt like I needed to work a bit more standing up rather than hunched over. I walked for about 45 min on Sunday and am going tonight after work for my weights muscle.gif and more cardio. I feel like I've hit my plateu so I need to change it up over the next 30 days before my BD pics on Sept 1st. Yikes! blush2.gif

I was so bad while I was on vacation. I swear all we did was eat, drink, and lay at the beach or the pool. One good thing was that our house was three floors and the main level was the third floor, so I never took the elevator, all week I ran up and down the stairs, so at least when I weighed myself today I only gained 3 lbs. instead of the 10 I felt like I gained!!

So today I joined the selfdietclub online to help me track my eating and progress and I did intervals on the treadmill for 40 minutes, only 10 weeks until I have to wear my dress, yikes!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
