I tried for 2 months to put down the deposit for our wedding. My emails went unanswered, phone calls un-returned so I ended up sending them a final email asking them not to charge my credit card (because i had sent them all the forms with my info TWICE!) and surely enough I got a response. If that is any indication of what there service will be like, with something as little as taking a deposit, then I dont want to imagine what it will be like with the details of my wedding.

I am frustrated with their service, not to mention I have to find another location for our wedding, and I dont understand why they would turn down businesshuh.gif

ugh!! I guess there was a reason why I couldnt find any info about them on the internet....

Hi girls!

I actually posted something similar to this on the other thread regarding the Royal Cancun and I am actually floored with all the negative feedback everyone is leaving behind. Im not calling anyone a liar here but since we booked our wedding in November 2009 we have had nothing but great experiences with our WC. We did have the minor issue of Kimberly leaving(fired?) in January where there was a time our emails were not responded, but all it took was a call. My FI (who is the one who is mainly in contact with out WC then Kimberly and now Julie) wanted to know what was going on with Kimberly and Julie explained and apologized for everything and took us as her client right on. Besides that we have never had an issue with communication, my FI emails our WC just about every single day about 8 times a day and our emails ALWAYS get a response.

 

Im sorry to you girls that this has happened to, I just wanted to shed a little light on this situation. If anyone would like any additional information that I might have, I would be more than happy to pass it along!

Okay, so I just got word from someone else at the resort that my second wedding coordinator (Suzanna) has now left and now I have a third wedding coordinator....This is making me crazy...I hate that I have to explain how I want things to now three different people!!!! So FYI, to anyone that had Suzanna as their wedding coordinator she is no longer there, and you should probably start calling the office asap...to get with someone else! Good luck!

Do you mind me asking who you are dealing with now? Was it Julie? And is this person working from the office in Michigan or she is actually in Cancun?

Yes we are woking with Julie and I believe she is based in Michigan (my FI is the one doing most of the communication so Im assuming she is based in Michigan)
