I am so sorry that you girls have been having drama with the hotel. Just remember, every bride goes through it and ends up having the most fabulous wedding ever. I think every resort has it's flaws and definitely has communication problems. It seems a lot of things get lost in the shuffle. Just remember to bring ALL of your documents, computer, etc to show the onsite coordinator everything that had been negotiated. I am glad things are going more smoothly now. Does anyone need FABIO's contact info? I have it if you do (even though I realize I am about a week too late!) ha.

Good morning ladies! I have found luggage tags that I am interested in purchasing, but there is a 48 order minimum, and I only need around 30ish. I was wondering if anyone wanted to go in on an order with me! I was planning on putting Mexico May 2010 on them, or we could even do just Mexico 2010 if anyone else wanted to.

Thank you anyway for Fabio's info but I got it. He is in fact our new WC for these last few weeks! All has been worked out but it took a lot of work to fix it. Now I can move on to the next challenge...

Congrats on the new promotion. The traveling part sounds like so much fun. The only way I can juggle everything is to make a list and try to fit a few things in at once. I am such a dork on Saturday's when I am off and have lots to do. I map out my entire day on how I am going to get it all done.

Lindz, congrats! Hope the economy improves and it will mean more $$, but even so thats such a testament to your work!!

 

Is it more car travel or plane travel? B/c you could organize your to do's accordingly. Things you can do with phone calls, schedule for the car days. Things you need to do on a computer, schedule for travel on plane days. I actually made my invitations while en route to Dallas on a business trip!! So you can do it. Also, I keep all of my "wedding stuff" on a USB drive, so I can do wedding stuff at work and at home.

 

And one word "SUNDAYS". Now that football is over, I use it for wedding stuff almost exclusively.
