If you google image "Royal Playa del Carmen beach wedding", there are a bunch of pics of beach weddings so you can get a little idea of what yours will look like msnwink.gif

David's Bridal - Satin ball gown with cuff neckline, lace-up back, and pick up skirt.

I hope it isn't too much for a beach wedding!
Soooo pretty!! The pool color is perfect against the white!!!

I know it's not much but I'm in $ saving mode!
Candicemarie I see you're in DFW so you may check into it. We're going to the one in March at Brookhaven College :)

Classes
Thanks so much for the info!!

I'm pretty sure you book that when you turn in your wedding checklist 45days out.

They have pics up on the website of all the gazebos (or you can google images) so you can see what they do, but I really don't think you'll need anymore decorations since you have the beautiful water in the background. It's up to you, though :)

There is no extra fee for the marriage license. There is just the fee for the justice of the piece which is $400 and the marriage license is included. Don't forget also about the required $170 per couple for the blood work and xrays.

You don't have to choose one of the packages. You can do everything a la carte if you like and pick individually. You will get a wedding check list where you choose everything you want and total up all the prices.

What do they xray? I thought it was just a blood test.

Thank you so much! I knew about the JOP and the blood work, but just wanted to cover my basis with the marriage license question. Also, I'm relieved about not needing a package. They just didn't suit us. There were things that we needed that weren't on there, and things that were on there that we didn't need. I'd rather just pay to get what I want. I love this website! It's really going to make life easier! :)

Duprk452-

We are actually just going with a very basic package and adding everything a la carte. It actually was cheaper for us and we didn't feel we needed all the extras in the larger packages (ie romantic dinner). My girls and I are getting manis/pedis at Veronicas on 5th avenue and I didnt need that either. Hope this helps

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
