Ladies... a fellow BDW bride using my same photog messaged me letting me know I was blogged... this still came as a total shock to me, I almost fainted.

I have mixed emotions... do think I should be ok with it?

Oh my gosh that took my breath away when I saw it! I would be shocked not to have been asked.

That is one fabulous picture!! Your face is mostly hidden, so I wouldn't worry about people recognizing you. BUT, your photog should definitely have asked you first!

I talk to him what seems like all the time, I think he is just really proud of that picture (he showed me right after he took it) and it's flattering.

I definitely would have expected to be asked about that first but it's ok, I really was just sent into a state of shock. I don't think it's recognizable as me either so that's good.

Hey girls!!
I will write a full planning thread later this weekend but wanted to say hello. As Amy said the resort was amazing. I would go back in a hearbeat. The wedding was prefect and the onsite team is top notch. They are willing to do anything and everythinng to make you feel special and ensure your wedding is flawless. We had issues with Tiffany just like Amy did but we got them all figured out with Gilburto and Liliana. Of couse just like Amy, Tiffany did not talk to me about getting a English translation of our marriage certificate, so I now have to work with the Miami office on that. I am only willing to work with Fiabo who is Tiffany's supervisior on this one.
The staff was awesome and everyone was so friendlly. Saying hello, making sure you had a full drink, speical request, etc... they did it all. We stayed in a premium swim up suite and it was awesome. We had an inside and outside jacuzzi and used both a lot. It rained 2 times while we were there and we just stayed in the outside jacuzzi the whole time it rained. It was so much fun. The premium section has pool bulters and they are awesome. We got to know them well and they even got us drinks in the rain. We asked them to sit down and chill with us untill the rain stopped but they didn't. One of the many examples of the type of service they provide.
Ladies, if there is something you want and its close to your wedding date, just wait and ask the onsite team. I wanted to have a rehursal and they did it with no problems. There are just not enough good things to say about the onsite team.
And like Amy said the food was great. I would give it an overall grade of a B+.

I can't believe Tiffany was such a nightmare... makes me want to print out every email with my WC, who is amazing but I don't want to find out when I get down there things are missing or different.

I think that's a good idea Amy. I was thinking of doing the same thing. No matter how amazing your WC is, something could get misplaced or misinterpreted...you know how it is! We all make SOME mistakes. I wonder if they have a binder to fit all that in? ha I think I will just take my laptop.
