Oh good thinking!! I am going try them on this week, so I will definitely take note!!

Crista & Meghan - Too much to be honest... but it was worth the expensive over lugging down tons of glass that I obviously would not be taking back with me anyways. I think it's $20 per vase and after MUCH nagging through my poor WC and numerous emails about the dimensions to know what size floating candles to buy, I found that they were planning on giving me tiny vases. So glad I prodded I had a feeling something would go wrong there so they are getting me bigger vases. The dimensions of the vases they gave me were 20cm, 15cm & 10 cm with 2.5cm across the top. What kind of tiny a** vases are that!?

OMG... You don't even want to know how many suitcases I am bringing. I'm bringing all the lighting and lanterns and OOT bags so at this point I have 6 suitcases and to be honest, I think I may need more sad.gif shots.gif blush2.gif

What size are the ones you're actually getting?

From what I have heard, it doesn't have a fantastic beach. I was disappointed at first, but I think everything else that makes the resort fantastic makes up for the beach.

She just emailed me today as well and said the same thing. she said she was going to check to see if they can be done in butter cream, but even if they can, i really think it will melt and look a mess. Fondant just tastes so crappy, but at least it looks pretty!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
