I have attached the deck set up I pretty much want to replecate but got quoted a crazy amount for the brown chairs - have any of you girls managed to find it cheaper than USD 7 per chair?

On the positive side those overlays were quoted at USD 10, a much better bang for the buck in my opinion

Happy planning!
Boo,
Did you say that the wooden chairs are $7/chair? Do you know if you can use them for the ceremony and the reception? I really like the way they look in the photos too.

Ana said the resort can do a signature drink for the cocktail hour, at no additional charge. I guess that makes sense, since it is open bar, but just thought would be extra cool if they would walk around and hand out "blue" drinks or whatever type of tropical drink I come up with. I might just have to start a new post to see what drink others have used as a signature drink! I asked Ana, but she didn't answer all of my questions (shocking!) bann.gif

SDBeach girl, yeah USD 7 per chair, I thought that was nuts... well we are having our ceremony not at DRC and we are paying for white chiavary chairs with a white cushion USD 6 per chair, but in order to then move and then set them up at DRC would be another USD 6 per chair so that is why I contacted Ana about the brown chairs... long story short I think the vendor would charge you twice to move but its worth it to ask... just like the microphone and speakers...separate charge at each location

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
