Dreams Puerto Aventuras Brides - POST HERE!

Recommended Posts

I'm not sure exactly why they aren't able to reserve El Patio, but my guess is that it's because by then they'd have a good idea as to whether or not there will be alot of guests at the resort. If there are alot of guests at the resort, then they probably won't be willing down to close the restaurant for a reception, because they'll need to make sure they have enough restaurants open to accomodate all the guests.

I read this post again, thanks Ginalyn. I guess I will decide when I get there. Its stressful not knowing what it will all look like!! Perhaps its the month away jitters that are setting in!!smile29.gif

AAAH I am so jealous! I told FI I can pinch all my pennies and do a site visit then, haha. I love Lifehouse, saw them in Houston, TX and it was awesome. What a great honeymoon extra.

I bought 4 pairs today on sale at Tommy and they made the guys look like some redneck cross Jo-Bro. Starting to panic. Anyone else 30 some days out and freaking out. Sandra hasn't gotten back to be in about 1-2 weeks, so I resent the email and she replied the same day.
That's great! My ceremony is at 5pm on Feb 27 and there wasn't a problem booking that time so good to know it worked out! smile29.gif

Lol I hope so. We are almost at 30 days chica. Today I am picking up my cups for OOT bags and ordering the canvas bags for them. The printers should be done cutting my paper for the invites and then I can put them all together this weekend. My community shower/stagette is saturday. I can't wait to blow off some steam. Friday I have to go the Harry Hays building to pick up my passport. Did I mention how much I hate downtown Calgary lol and then go try to find more pants lol. Oh well. Talk to you all soon. Maybe I will be able to post pics of my bags soon.

Awww Dee, we really have to help you avoid downtown Calgary when you come in to town!! Haha, I realized the other day it would have been so busy because of all the Olympic festivities that were going on up Macleod Trail and into downtown - I'm sure that couldn't have helped your situation at all!

LOL! And I should warn you to leave yourself about an hour or so to fill those aloe bottles. Hehehe, I had FI laughing at me last night because he couldn't believe I had the patience to do something like that!!

I'm so jealous for you girls that are at 30 days already!!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
