We have a naturals beauty product location in our city called Tiber River and they will make customized labels on lip balms, lotions, etc.
We plan on having an open house the week before we leave, that way everyone has their mug for the first day! (and I don't have to pack them all in my luggage :)
This is EXACTLY what I am looking for for our wedding favours - where can I get them??!! I would like to engrave them too - maybe you bought them on-line? please let me know!

Hi Latina!
I ordered from www.leedsworld.ca but off a rep in our city (Winnipeg), my fi has a company he uses for personalized business stuff (mugs, calendars, etc). Not sure if you can order right off their website but it you see something you like, phone or email and maybe they can find someone in your city.
Hope this helps!

I was wondering about maybe shipping them to everyone a week before the wedding but didn't know if that would be tacky...my family who lives around us I could give out at Christmas next year as we're going to be getting married January 11.....I've been arguing with myself over this for a month! smile29.gif
I don't think it is tacky...send it with a note saying we are so excited to share our wedding adventure with you...or something like that. People will know you have enough stuff to transport. We have about 3 guests who are out of province & country so I will bring theirs with us.
Another reason for sending it early is we want to include some info on the hotel & possible excursions...good stuff that people might want to read before they get there, especially our guests who have never been to Mexico before.
I would ship it with more than a week to spare...you know how the post office can be, especially around the holidays!
Hope this helps & Happy Planning!!

Brit 1222-We are also doing a cD and are getting married in Mexico! You seem very ahead of the game considering your wedding is before mine and I am not quite there yet! Ahhh! Anyway do you have some recommended site for mexican songs or mariachi songs?

Let me know!

I created the label with our photo, placed it in a blue cd pocket and put that inside a ecru metalic petals that matches everythign else on the table (placecards, table numbers & menus) with our logo and tied iwth a blue ribbon.
what do you mean by "a ecru metalic petals".....Are you using a hard case for your Cd idea?

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
