I think its more personal if I hand them out then have them delivered to the room.
I am only doing OOT bags for my wedding party though, everyone else is getting a travelmug.. which I forgto to order today... did my flowers though!

I think maybe I will do like you girls, hand them out at the welcome dinner. Since its free, who cares if we do both, right? Hehe Have you all thought about an activity for the groom and groomsmen in the morning on the day of the wedding? We have been batting around a few ideas of excursions that we know of: zipline, golf, and my favorite: its called Bavaro splash, and its 2-person speedboats! The guys would rive the boats themselves, then stop somewhere for snorkeling and then come back. Its a 3 hour trip I believe, and would be a good way to distract the boys :) hehe
Hey Nat,
How much do those excursions cost? They sound exactly like what my FI and his buddies would love... and then I don't have to worry about running into the FI.

Can you send me any info you have? tamtret@hotmail.comsmile03.gif

Hey guys, I am having a lovey-dovey moment love.gif...I just wanted to say how awesome it has been to be able to chat with you guys on the threads. I know I am not the most overly active participant, but I do follow regularly and it is so nice to see everyone getting along so well and to see such an awesome vibe. I can't wait for my wedding planning to take off and then I can be where you guys are in the bustle of planning. I look forward to the awesome experience grouphug.gif

Cheers!

Thank you Nat, I just looked at it and am going to send it to the FI to look at. You da best.

Hey, can someone forward me those pics too?? Thanks.

I just got back from Michaels tonight and bought fake hot pink pedals for walking down the aisle. I am assuming they dont provide that kind of thing do they.. or you get charged another $400 for it!

And, has anyone thought of making your own chair sashes out of tulle? i saw some rolls of that at michaels and especially with a 50%off coupon, it could be pretty cheap.. not sure how much you would need though, but they had lots of colours.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
