I really love the gals in this group, really down-to-earth and fun.

Have a great day chickies
Ohhhhh... Birch Run! What a great place, usually every year when the boys were hunting the girls would make an overnight trip to Frankenmuth to shop at Bronner's - World's Largest Christmas Store & Birch Run - Huge outlet mall. What good times and great shopping we had!!!

I just had to say it again... I LOVE this Feb brides group! Everyone is so fun and I love hearing about the planning.

VdayBride-- I had my own melt down tonight Iso you're not alone)

But I took it out on the poor girl making minimum wage at Express. My FI asked me which color pants the groomsmen needed to get (mind you they got a notice 2 months ago and didn't get them!) so I said this color number he said the website doesn't have numbers just colors. So i got mad and drove to express to look at the pants and lo and behold nope just numbers. So tracked down the girl and said.....WHAT THE HELL COLOR IS THIS? she says "its color number 138" and I said my groomsmen are total morons and the website only has colors not numbers. After about 10 minutes she figured it out for me and said the color is Caravan. Poor girl!

Point being ladies.... I think we all freak out at some point.

Whats your funniest freakout moment so far?

I feel pretty emotional these days too... FMIL was here on sunday and she had been away for 7 weeks, so a lot of planning had happened while she was away. Mark and i were trying to bring her up-to-date and she had comments for everything. It was just picky words but they were getting to me.

One thing she bought up several times was, were just finalized our trips and the TA has to send us our travel details in the next few days. Mark and i are leaving 2 days before everyone else so FMIL is coming to stay with the kids and she needs to know "NOW" if we're leaving early morning or afternoon so she can be here for the kids and she won't come the night before if she isn't needed. We're 3 months away from leaving and we'll get those details, besides our kids are 15 and 20 they can manage a morning on their own. I just kept pouring my glass full of wine and smiling away.

Meyer2010 I have been to frankenmuth 7 times and have never visited the Xmas store!!! Shameful!!!! I do love the outlet mall, the Guess store was my fave this year, I bought FI's daughter a Guess bag and flipflops, my son a few things and FI. Don't ask me how I checked the receipt when I left the store and I wasn't charged for the $106.00 bag or the flipflops which were about $30. She is getting the bag for xmas, i gave her the flipflops for her bday in July. So love "GUESS"!!!!

And Girls!!!! Don't be fighten with ya boy!!!! We have only 3 months to go here. Take Care....

Speaking of "Shoplifter" I have to share this with you, this is a cashier that needed to be smacked.

Last fall I went to Buffalo shopping with a gfriend and we were in Burlington coat factory. Ok Gfriend finds these end of season sandels "High Wedge Pink and White striped", I hated them, she proceeds to try them on and keep them on following me around trying to convince me she didn't look like she had peppermint knobs on her feet. I manage to ditch her somewhere and I am outside waiting for her and she is texting me she is just in the check out and where am I? I respond back get your butt out here, I am ready to go you freak.

She comes out of the store with the shoes still on her feet and gets in the car and we leave. So now it is lunch time and we are looking for a restuarant to eat, I am like "ok off with the ugly shoes you have kacki capris on and the pink and white is just killing me." Ok now she realizes she didn't pay for the ugly shoes because she was texting me and the cashier picked up her worn sandels and put them in the bag with the rest of her stuff and never said a word. "Did she think she was barefoot in the line-up."

Oh my God!!! I can not tell you how many times i seen those ugly shoes this summer.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
