Hi I am getting Married in Cabo towards the end of next year so i have a lot of time to organise my OOT bags, does any one have any suggestions on where the best place to get them from is? I don't want to spend a lot as i am probably going to need 60 of them and buy the time i fill them it all adds up!

We used Custom T-Shirts - Design Your T-Shirts Online - Free Shipping! for our totes and included shot glasses and frisbees in the them. We put our names and wedding date on the shot glasses, but just the location (Tulum, Mexico) on the totes and frisbees so that they would be nice souvenirs for our guests. We also threw in some cheaper items like maracas, playing cards and packets of advil.

We also customized some matchbooks that we are going to put out on the bar for people to take if they want. We bought those at ForYourParty.com Wedding favors, custom wedding napkins, party favors, and more. Make your special occasion unique with personalized favors!.

Hello Kiwibride!

Just keep your bags simple and you won't go overboard! I planned on making about 40 of the OOT bags but realized that each couple just needed 1. You can double up the items you put in there and start making a list of what you want to include.

This is what I am including:

Hand sanitizer

Sunscreen

Can coozies

Tissues/wetwipes

Luggage tags

Stadium cups

Bead Necklaces

Visors

Sarongs

Inflatable beach balls w/beachsafe container

Foam door hangers

Maracas w/tags

Tip/keycard holders with coiled bracelets

Ibuprofen/Tum's/Band-aid's

Good Luck!

Hey Alison!

These are our koozies.

I got a really good deal from the supplier my company uses for promotional items. But, since we use them alot I'm guessing that is how I got such a great deal - but we did have to buy 200 of them! We plan on using some at our AHR too!

I would suggest going to these places:

Collapsible Koozie in koozie (Item No. 356cool.gif from only 59¢ ready to be imprinted by 4imprint Promotional Products
(200 min)
Collapsible Koozies, Custom Printed beer koozy, can coolers, Personalized koozy
(100 min)
Collapsible Pocket Koozies | major event koozies.
(12 min)

Good Luck!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
