futuremsmoulton, glad you back.its good that you have been to the resort before as you will know a little of what to expect and you will have a little knowledge for your guests.it will obviously be more romantic also.im glad you bought up the feeling nervous/stressing thing i thought it was just me and the ring shopping thing but the feeling has,nt stopped yet.my fsil got me a wedding organiser as a joke when we got engaged but much to my shame i did actually fill it in.but i cant stop checking it thinking i need to be doing something.susie will explain she is the wise one of us.will wait for the pics of your invites.

i work for a printing company and the designers have offered to design ahr invites for me so i just need to sit down and get rough ideas together but i want to get them posted beginning of december with xmas cards so this is my next job too.do you think its cheesy to send them with xmas cards because i wouldnt normally send out cards to all of these people?would you just post the invite?
If my AHR was closer, I'd be sending my invites with Xmas cards... Cheesyhuh.gif?? anyone says anything, I'll tell them nothing better than whining to go along with cheese.... Actually get me a glass of wine and some cheese.... lol I just think if someone is upset and comments about a little thing like that, than don't come.... More wine and cheese for me....

Nice OOT Bags... we just bought ours this past weekend. We were vacationing in Thailand and found these cool bags. They were really cheap too! I can't wait to post a picture when they I have enough posts. I think I have to be at 150, right?

Nice table decorations too!

Wow... love your invites! They are very detailed and tropical! Nice Job!

We just sent out our STD's last week.

Am I behind? Our DW invites/AHR invites will go out in November. We already know who is coming and who is not. I didn't really think there needed to be a rush. Am I wrong? Hmmm....

I am in the same boat. All our guests booked in July... but I still think I will send out invites just before Christmas. I figure it'll be like a keepsake for all those attending even though 99% of them will throw them in the trash after a few weeks... the other 1% my mom, is the real reason I am even bothering with invites at this point, LOL

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
