the post count is purely for technical reasons; downloading from the forum is a huge tax on the server, so we only allow those that have contributed as well to download. we can't police everyone on the forum, unfortunately.

Oh, no! That is SUCH a shame....there is always such a high level of trust between the members of BDW, and it truly makes me sad to hear that someone took advantage of the trust you placed in them.

 

I almost feel guilty that the purchases I've made from other BDW members have gone off without a hitch and were truly very pleasant experiences! Please try not to let it tarnish your view of everyone else who may be selling things on BDW (I think, sadly, you may have just been dealing with a "bad seed" and couldn't have anticipated this happening).

So it looks like I'm not getting my money back nor am I getting my Spanish Books.crybaby2.gif I bought 10 from that sellers, so if anyone of you come across some in any store or have some leftovers, I would buy them from you. I really needed these books and I'm ready to give this another chance. Call me naive if you want but I believe there is good people out there!

I am sorry this has happened to you. I do have a suggestions to help solve your problem with minimal cost. I was unable to find them and cost was a big issue to me. So I ended up making up my own. I made little pocket size book with little helpful words and phrases that I thought would be helpful. I personalized it with our monogram on the back and a little thank-you note inside. On the cover I put a Canadian and Cuba flag. I love they way they turned out and would be happy to send you a pdf format so you too can print your own.

if you look closely in on the left side of the hat is the booklet I am talking about. To give them add durability I laminated the covers. If you would like it would be easy for me to switch the Cuban flag with whatever you like. I could also send insturctions but it was easy. Cut, fold in half, and staple. Done!

I would love to see your template if you don't mind. My flag would have to be the one from the Dominican Republic. It is just that I have also purchase 5 Spanish books from another bride(which I did receive) to have my count of 15 books, so I will have to sell them or lose money AGAIN....Oh well!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
