we are planning our weddding on a weekend cruise - NCL - Sky in Jan 2015. Looking for any advice from anyone that has had a wedding cruise and/or planning one.

Talk to your travel agent.  They should be able to answer a lot of your questions.  Are you getting married on the ship or island?
