Hello, First off congratulations to everyone on their engagements or weddings! I have a dilemma and need a lot of help. I am getting married at the dreams Cancun resort in July 2012, and so far I haven't received much information or have gotten my questions answered. The wedding coordinator has not been returning my emails, and when I said paragraph long emails I get one sentence response. I feel like I have no information on my package and whats included. I am so worried we are going to spend all this money and not get anything we want. I have heard so many amazing things about this resort and now I am concerned I made a mistake. if anyone has information about where we stay on the resort, what is the best location for ceremony and reception, how are the vendors on site and should I look outside the resort, which restaurant is the best to go to, or just a better way to communicate I would greatly appreciate it. The wedding coordinator has not been emailing me back or answering my questions. I send a whole paragraph and get one sentence responses. I haven't gotten any information on whats included in my package and what my options are. I am feeling very overwhelmed as I am the first to get married in my family and have no reference point. I have heard such amazing things about this resort but all I can imagine is how I wont have anything I want for my wedding. PLEASE HELP if anyone has advice on the resort, where to stay at it, what restaurants are the best, how are their vendors such as photographer and DJ, or where we should get married at on the resort it would be a huge help.
