Symbolic wedding...are you referring to a religious ceremony? If so, yes...Palace Resorts perform religious ceremonies. I am getting married at the Aventura Spa Palace this May and having a religious ceremony. However, since civil ceremonies are only recognized as legal in Mexico (for U.S. citizens), we will have both a judge and minitster. From what they have told me, the judge will sign the papers in the very beginning, 5 mins. and then the minister will conduct the ceremony (vows, rings, everything). Hope this helps.

Hello All, I'm newbie to this site but have gained so much information over the past day reading posts than I have in my last 10 months of planning my wedding. This site is great. I am getting married at the Aventura Spa Palace on May 10, 2008. I'm also planning an at home reception so things are getting a little hectic for me right now. I'm in the process of creating my OOT bags and trying to find my bridal accessories. If there are any Philly brides out there that know of a great shoe store to get bridal shoes please let me know. I am having the toughest time finding some. Also, if there is anyone else planning a wedding at the Aventura Spa Palace (or already had one there) I'd love to trade posts with you.
