I have been driving myself nuts trying to find the perfect place. I think I have it narrowed down to Secrets Capri but are their any other all-inclusive adult only resorts anyone would recommend me looking into?

I think the Secrets chain is a good choice for AI adults-only.

Sandals and Couples are also adults only.

This link lists many more... All-inclusive resort vacations for adults only

We almost picked that for our honeymoon! I think if we go back to the DR after our wedding/honeymoon, we will go there next!

I highly recommend Paradisus. We are getting married at the Paradisus Punta Cana and honeymooning at Paradisus Palma Real ... but they are not exclusive adult only. Paradisus has an "adult only" area (Royal Service) but it's not an adult only resort.

So, if you have anyone who would need to bring kids, its a great option b/c you can stay in the adults only section and the kids don't have access.

But, if you want ONLY adults ... just realize that the main part of the resort does allow kids.
