Good lord. Thank goodness for these forums. I was thinking about using DW, but now after hearing all these bad reviews probably will stay away.

I just fired them. TA was constantly pushing a resort that we did not want. She even had the nerve to suggest we cancel our wedding. I asked to be switched to a different TA but was told it would be best to stay with the TA I started with b/c she had over 20 yrs experience. The quote we were e given was $1500 MORE than the resort itself. The info the providedv from the resort was outdated. After making casks to the resort myself and booing my own wedding date, they had to go. STAY AWAY!!!

I have not had any issues with them.  I actually really like her. I'm fairly laid back though and I'm having a rather small affair, and with a year still to plan I'm not in a rush to get a great deal done as fast as I can. When we had our very first conversation on the phone we talked about a few things and she recommended to me 3 resorts, and 2 of 3 were 2 i was already consider but the 3rd was the place we actually chose! So she was already worth it just for introducing me to a place I thought would be out of my budget! And she always gets back to me the next day either by email or phone. She even called to let me know she was going to vacation and she might be responding spastically if I had any questions. I think it is just very hit or miss and you just have to hope you get a good one.
