My FIs brother is vegan which limits our optins even more. I told mariana and we will see what Dreams comes up with.

And ceviche is seafood "cooked" in lime juice.

Thanks for the reminder on the salads! I like your ideas and do appreciate them!
For the dance, at the reception, Maggie wore her crinoline and a lovely lace top. Looks like Tadd likes it!

my sister was vegan for such a long time, but a year or so ago went back to just vegetarian. so much easier to handle for those worried about trying to feed them!

us vegetarians sure are difficult.... but vegans are MUCH harder!

I think your menu looks fine for vegetarians.

Yes, the vegas are more difficult as you don't know if the rice was cooked with chicken stock, etc. Plus, you can't do quesadillas (which are great otherwise).

All of you have been very helpful! I knew I could count on you ladies. As far as I know, there will be no vegans, so maybe we will be OK. But I do think I will take the advise of asking the vegetarians that I am aware of, if there is something in particular they would like to see on the menu.

                    Thanks to you all,

                    Lizzy
