he is the videographer that does the video in the package. He does a great job.

Thanks Jilly! Did you guys get the pictures that came with the wedding package along with the pics you had done or did you get a credit for them? Do you recommend getting a different photographer or just using the resorts? Thanks!

Hey ladies! I need some photography help. I love the photos posted here done by Claudia Rodriguez and I went on her site and am convinced that I want to use her. I filled out that form on her web-site for 'Contact Us' on Monday and haven't received a reply... not even a confirmation that they received my request. Is it normal for her to take awhile to get back to people or did my computer glitch out and not send my email? Does anyone have a direct email address for her that I can try? Thanks so much!

no we didn't use the resort photographer, we used someone from claudia rodriguez's team. we did get a credit towards other items that we wanted, but she wouldn't just take the cost off of our total, so I chose other things that weren't included.

claudia is usually really good with emails, usually within a day or two I would hear back from her, but this may be a busy time of year for her as well.

I can't remember if I just emailed her directly or filled out the form on her site. I might give it a few more days and if you don't hear anything I would try emailing her again.

PHOTOGRAPHY? I cannot even get someone to email me back to confirm my date! I am not getting married until next year but I have to get this handled so I can concentrate on life..lol!

 

I am not sure if this is a busy season or what but I get a response then i do not hear from anyone for weeks...It is driving me bananas. Every date I have asked for is booked so I am freaking out a little considering I am asking for dates that are not holiday and over a year away!

 

Anyone has any suggestions my eyes and ears are open!!!!

dont worry too much... i had this same problem. first off, make sure she is giving you dates for the 2009 wedding year... she was telling me all these dates were booked, and i was shocked bc it was over a year in advance, and it turned out she gave me 2008 dates. have her email you a list of dates available in teh month you would like it. that way you csan choose from available times. claudia gets fludded with emails apparently, so it does take awhile to hear back from her. but you will, and you will get a good date! dont worry! hope that helped!!

I contacted her on her website and she got back to me right away as well. She must be not able to access because she was very quick to get back to me with any questions I had. A couple times she did however have computer issues so I'd give her a couple more days. That's probably all it is. She's worth the wait, you'll be very pleased with her work.

Jilly answered this already, he was from the company Dreams uses, but Claudia Rodriguez's husband does the videography for her company.

I know she was quite busy when we were there, I would give her a few days then maybe try again.
She is excellent!
