Online slide show and on DVD to take home

High res digital files on a DVD of all the photos taken that day.

We are just sticking with the included pics that were in our wedding package, but for our AHR we are paying $1,200 for 6+ hours and full res copies. There is probably more, but I forget...

I didn't want to commit to a photog at the resort that wouldn't be that great and I didn't have the budget to fly in a photog. I am giving out photoshare cards and just hoping that between all the guests and the ones the resort photog takes, there should be some good ones.

Sorry about my ignorance, but what is a photoshare card?
Thanks

There are a few threads on here that discuss it and which websites are best. Basically though, it's an account that you open for people to upload their high-res pictures too and anyone with the account name and password can purchase or have access to view. I ordered 100 free postcards from Vistaprint, here are the pics...

Hello

We are getting married at the El Dorado and ever since planning the wedding I have always thought I would spend a large part of my budget on photography as this is going to be the main aspect I will rely on in years to come to help remember the day, so very important to me. I chose Vannessa Vargas and went for her 3rd option of around $1500.

She is great and quick to respond if you get in touch.

Good luck x

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
