as for the open bar... if you want a private bar you have to pay to get one set up and then you pay per head for open bar (seems silly because it is an all inclusive but whatever)....we are doing the divine package and 25 people are included for cocktail hour and then you pay per person for anyone over that...  and for the reception, i think you have to pay per person.... still waiting on some answers regarding this stuff......

Question:  In the wedding package that you chose, do your guests have an open bar during the reception at the Beach Terrace that is included in your package or was that an additional cost?

OMG it's terrible waiting especially now that we're soo close. Just trying to not stress and think of the 80Ëš weather as opposed to the 25Ëš weather we've been in lol. How many people do you have coming?

Wedding planning is definitely exciting. I just feel like I have almost nothing to do lol. We're taking it super slow but we have a 2yr engagement. We found our location and everything quite soon and as indecisive as we are, I think we agreed and picked out just about everything. In the meantime we're househunting, my fiance finished up his undergrad and me my grad. so 2 yrs also gives ppl and us time to save lol.

she finally answered some of my questions from an email i sent weeks ago! thankfully! haha! we have about 60 people coming to the wedding! i'm so excited! and i still can not believe how soon it is! how many people do you guys have coming?

Has anyone booked a group tour/excursion for your guests?  I would like to book one for about 50 people.  Let me know if you have any ideas of good tours/excursions or who to book it with.

I just got my confirmation from Sandra at the Sapphire....so it is official!  My wedding date is March 16, 2012. 

 

I have a lot of time, but I feel soooo much relief that I can cross this off my list!  Thank you all for answering all of my questions about the resort, I appreciate all the feedback!
