I've thought about them but really can't do much until you know how many people are coming. I don't want to buy 40 and then 50 people come and have to buy it all over again or buy 50 and only 40 show up and I spent more than I needed. I am bookmarking all the sites with stuff I like and that way when all the RSVps come in, I can order it then.

I'm thinking koozies as well, small hangover kit, first aid kit and maybe playing cards and a key/tip holder. Nothing crazy as most people will bring everything they need and you don't want to waste space.

I've also thought a bit about OOT bags but I dont think Im going to go too crazy. I've made a small list of "must haves" and I'm going to try not to overdo it. This will be hard for me since the OOT bags were the things I was most excited to do. However,I thought about it and #1 Its alot of stuff to bring down there and #2 I doubt that my guests will really want to bring alot of that stuff back

I am for sure going to include: - personalized mugs

- playing cards

- key card and tip holder

- mini white board (so ppl can leave notes for each other

where they are ie. at pool..) homemade ones!

- immodium/tylenol

Thats my list so far... (give or take wink.gif

i have most of my OOT bag stuff missing like one or two things. I have flip flops, two tea light candles with a book of matchs, the bag, mints, sunblock, and i have stress balls not sure if i'm putting them in. but my BIGGEST problem is that I have emailed Cecilia 4 times my TA has emailed her 2 times and in the past 3 weeks no word from the woman.with a little less then 4 months i'm starting to feel like she might be dropping the ball. i have no clue of the menu she was suppose to send me a list of prices for what i am doing. NOTHING is it just me?

Jewels - I spoke to Cecilia on the phone today - you should just call her - she hasn't answered any of my emails for almost a month so I picked up the phone and got her.

She answered my questions for now but I feel like they are very overwhelmed there with the amount of weddings they have taken on - when I go for my site visit march 11-14 she said they have 4 weddings!!!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
