I had my wedding on September 28th, 2015 at Finest Playa Mujeres in Cancun, Mexico.  Ashley (my photographer) was in constant communication with me before, during, and after my wedding.  She was calm through the chaos with the minutes prior to the ceremony.  She was very professional and took amazing photos!

I took off half a star because of the other staff that I had to deal with.  I wanted to purchase video to my package once I arrived at the hotel and the girl that was there was not helpful at all.  I already had the price list of the video packages and simply wanted to add it, and she stated that she did not know how to do so.  

I asked if I can leave a message for Ashley and she did not seem interested in helping me.  She advised me to return the next day.  In all honesty it was easier to email Ashley than go into the office for more information.

And this continued throughout my stay at the hotel.  My advice: keep all of your communication with the one that is going to be your photographer.  The other staff did not seem interested in assisting me with any questions.  It was actually kinda sad because the hotel prides them self with outstanding customer service and the only place that this lacked was with the other staff at Beach Wedding Studio.

Ashley and her team were the best and made my day unforgettable.
