Dean and his wife were very responsive and great to work with prior to our wedding. However, I must say I was a little disappointed on our wedding day. I specifically requested certain pictures be taken, and unfortunately, on my wedding day I was too busy to remind him to take these. I just assumed a professional would remember to take pictures of at least my mom and I, my sister/MOH in my dress. Unfortunately, my day went by without some of these very meaningful pictures. I also felt that he did not take charge. I had to find him during cocktail hour and ask him to start taking pictures. The pictures are ok, but I would say they were slightly disappointing since we did not have much direction or time by the time we started. Most of my favorite pictures are actually ones that my friends took on their own. My other complaint is that he asked me for money twice during my wedding reception, which we clearly emailed about before and decided I would pay the next payment in credit card after the wedding. So, all in all, he was nice, but just mediocer in my opinion.
