With the help of our wedding planner we found and fell in love with the quality and style of Fine Art. So we got our wedding planner to contact them for us to get a quote. We took over communication with Fine Art directly and were extremely pleased with how fast they would respond to our emails. I was worried about hiring someone in a different country as planning this wedding wasn't going as we had hoped but we never had a problem with Fine Art. Lisa (studio manager at the time) responded almost immediately to our concerns and always kept us in the loop as to what we should expect next. When she left I got worried again that things might not be a good as they had been but Elena took over and you would never have known a switch occurred; we got the same impressive service from her just as we had from Lisa. When we got to Mexico they even called us to welcome us and let us know how excited they were for our wedding it was a nice touch. On the day of the wedding Fabrizio and Gionata showed up early and immediately got down to business! They blended right in and I didn't even notice them during the wedding. They made us feel relaxed and comfortable. We also booked a trash the dress with Fine Art and we can't even begin to say how happy we are that we did. I had many people try to talk me out of it asking why I would want to do that to my dress. Honestly after doing it I took it back home to the dry cleaners and it looks just like it did the day I bought it, and now I amazing underwater photos. I think everyone should do trash the dress! Again Fabrizio, Diego, Chesira and the driver were all very professional. We had a blast that day and will never forget the memories they helped create. Besides giving us more photos they we could have hoped for they included some "behind the scenes" photos we loved those as well as it shows how much fun and passion they have for the job they are doing.
