Wedding date + time : October 28, 2007- 4:00
Ceremony: Beach
Cocktail Hour: on beach following ceremony
Music: Trio to play pre-ceremony thru cocktail hour. Lead guests to rec.
Reception: Oceana Terrace
Food: Beef Tenderloin or Sea Bass
Cake: Jennifer Hatton - Cake Diva
Flowers: Cream roses and orchids (Tammy's bouquet! subject to avail.)
Bridesmaid flowers: small bouquet of oranges/pinks
Colors: Aquamarine/brown/green
Invitations: Eiffel Printing - Brittany Hermansen
DJ: thru Maye
Hair and Makeup: Octavio thru MexSun
Wedding Cordinator: Mariana at Dreams and Maye
Photographer: Robin DePaula


What's left to do:
1. Dress fitting next week
2. still hunting for white silk/cotton camp shirts for groomsmen (found cream but want white)
3. add crystals to cake topper and if my eye sight isn't shot, add to girl's havaianas
4. print menus
5. misc. crafty paper items like stickers for flip flops & welcome letters

My turn!!!

Wedding date : December 8, 2007
Ceremony: Beach at 4pm
Reception: Cascade Terrace 4:30-10:30pm

Food:
Mexican Canapes for the cocktail hour.
- Carpaccio of scallop and Salmon served with lime and Shallot vinaigrette
- Cream of Asparagus with roasted almond soup
- Double plated: Sea bass feuillete served fresh asparagus and Portobello mushroom and beurre Blanc sauce AND Chicken breast filed with spinach and provolone cheese served with saffron sauce
- Dessert: PIE!!

Cake: None. We are going with pie all the way!
Flowers: Red roses only - through Maye
DJ: DJ Ricardo
Hair and Makeup: MexSun. Octavio is doing my hair and makeup - trial Wednesday before my Sat wedding. Kelli is the one I have been talking to and she's great.
Wedding Cordinator: Mariana at Dreams and Maye Cortinas
Phontographer: Juan Carlos Tapia

My invitations arrive Wednesday so they will go out this weekend.

I just booked Dreams after returning from my site visit, so you can add me to the list now too

Wedding date: June 22, 2008, not sure on the time yet. Thinking around 4:00pm
Ceremony: Gazebo
Cocktail Hour: on beach after the ceremony
Music: Would like Mariachis for the ceremony & cocktail hour
Reception: Cascade Terrace
Wedding Cordinator: Mariana at Dreams

That's really all I have so far! I have lots to do! I think I am going to bring a photographer from home and hopefully a make-up person too who luckily is a friend!
